Gene is a detail oriented engineer that brings a wealth of experience to the table when consulting on Real Estate. I used Gene twice my first was to have him check out the structure of my house when i bought it. The house being over 50 years old I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t getting into something that wasn’t structurally sound. We then used Gene to help us in court when a terrible builder cut corners and tried to walk away from his commitments. Gene did an analysis, was an expert witness for us and we won the case against the builder who cut corners.
